The Department of Commerce (the Department) is currently conducting a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on certain preserved mushrooms from the People's Republic of China (PRC) covering the period February 1, 2008, through January 31, 2009. We preliminarily determine that the sale made by Linyi City Kangfa Foodstuff Drinkable Co., Ltd. (Kangfa), and its affiliated supplier Linyi City Kangfa Foodstuff Drinkable Co., Ltd., Pingyi Branch (Pingyi Branch) (collectively "Kangfa"), was not made below normal value (NV). If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to liquidate entries of merchandise exported by Kangfa during the POR without regard to antidumping duties.
