SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On December 2, 1998, and February 19, 1999, Commerce published the AD orders on mushrooms from Chile, China, India, and Indonesia in the Federal Register . [ 1 ] On February 2, 2026, Commerce published the notice of initiation of these fifth sunset reviews of the Orders, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (the Act).
