The Department of Commerce ("Department") published its preliminary results of the administrative review and new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on hand trucks and certain parts thereof ("hand trucks") from the People's Republic of China ("PRC") on January 9, 2007. See Hand Trucks and Certain Parts Thereof From the People's Republic of China; Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Administrative Review and Preliminary Results of New Shipper Review, 72 FR 937 (January 9, 2007) ("Preliminary Results"). The period of review ("POR") is December 1, 2004, through November 30, 2005. We invited interested parties to comment on our Preliminary Results. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have made changes to our calculations. The final dumping margins for this review are listed in the "Final Results of Review" section below.
