[ 1 ] On February 2, 2026, Commerce published the notice of initiation of this fourth sunset review of the Order, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Act. [ 2 ] On February 4, 2026, Commerce received a timely and complete notice of intent to participate in the sunset review for domestic interested parties within the deadline specified in the 19 CFR 351.218(d)(1)(i) .
