SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on hand trucks and certain parts thereof (hand trucks) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, at the levels indicated in the “Final Results of Sunset Review” section of this notice. [ 1 ] On February 2, 2026, Commerce published the notice of initiation of this fourth sunset review of the Order, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Act. [ 2 ] On February 4, 2026, Commerce received a timely and complete notice of intent to participate in the sunset review for domestic interested parties within the deadline specified in the 19 CFR 351.218(d)(1)(i) .
