On March 21, 2007, the Department of Commerce (the "Department") published in the Federal Register the final results of the second administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam ("Vietnam"). See Notice of Final Results of the Second Administrative Review: Certain Frozen Fish Fillets and Socialist Republic of Vietnam, 72 FR 13242 (March 21, 2007) and accompanying Issues and Decision Memorandum ("Final Results"). The period of review ("POR") covered August 1, 2004, through July 31, 2005. We are amending our Final Results to correct ministerial errors made in the calculation of the antidumping duty margin for QVD Food Company ("QVD"), pursuant to section 751(h) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the "Act").
