SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On May 22, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of hardwood and decorative plywood from China, Indonesia, and Vietnam filed in proper form on behalf of the Coalition for Fair Trade in Hardwood Plywood (the petitioner), [ 1 ] the members of which are domestic producers of hardwood and decorative plywood. [ 2 ] The AD Petitions were accompanied by countervailing duty (CVD) Petitions concerning imports of imports of hardwood and decorative plywood from China, Indonesia, and Vietnam. [ 3 ] Between May 28 and June 9, 2025, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions in supplemental questionnaires.
