SUMMARY: In response to timely requests by two manufacturers/exporters and the ( printed page 10598) petitioner, [ 1 ] the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain preserved mushrooms from India with respect to four companies. The period of review (POR) is February 1, 2003, through January 31, 2004. We preliminarily determine that sales have been made below normal value (NV). Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of administrative review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries.
