Carrier Automated Tariff Systems

This document corrects Appendix A to part 520 in the proposed rule published December 21, 1998 (63 FR 70368). The proposed rule concerned the requirements for carrier automated tariff systems in accordance with the Shipping Act of 1984, as modified by Public Law 105-258 (the Ocean Shipping Reform Act of 1988) and Sec. 424 of Public Law 105-383 (the Coast Guard Authorization Act of 1998).
