This document provides for public access via the Internet to application and licensing information in our Universal Licensing System (ULS) for wireless services. It also provides for similar access via the Internet to application data in our auctions database. The intended effect is to make application and licensing information more widely available to the public while greatly reducing the total costs of obtaining such information.
