Pilot, Flight Instructor, Ground Instructor, and Pilot School Certification Rules

This rule revises the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) that prescribe the certification, training, and experience requirements for pilots, flight instructors, and ground instructors, and the certification requirements for pilot schools approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
