Pilot, Flight Instructor, Ground Instructor, and Pilot School Certification Rules

This document disposes of comments on an age limitation provision in a final rule published on April 4, 1997. That final rule amended the certification, training, and experience requirements for pilots, flight instructors, and ground instructors, and the certification requirements for pilot schools approved by the FAA. This document also revises certain references in the Federal Aviation Regulations to conform to the references in that final rule. These revisions will not impose any additional restrictions on persons affected by the regulations.
