In response to requests by the Government of the Republic of Singapore (GOS), Matsushita Refrigeration Industries (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (MARIS), Asia Matsushita Electric (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (AMS), and the petitioner, Tecumseh Products Company (Tecumseh), the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the agreement suspending the countervailing duty investigation on certain refrigeration compressors from the Republic of Singapore.
