Small Passenger Vessel Inspection and Certification; Correction

This document contains corrections to the final rule [CGD 85- 080] which was published on September 30, 1997 (62 FR 51326). The rule completely revised Coast Guard regulations that affect small passenger vessels of less than 100 gross tons in 46 CFR parts 170, 171, 173 and Chapter I, Subchapters K and T.
