The Commission, at the request of Sunriver Broadcasting Company, allots Channel 259A to Bend, OR, as the community's sixth local commercial FM service. See 62 FR 3852, January 27, 1997. Channel 259A can be allotted to Bend in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates 44-03-30 North Latitude; 121-18-30 West Longitude. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
