The Commission requests comments on a petition filed by Sunriver Broadcasting Company seeking the allotment of Channel 259A to Bend, Oregon, as the community's sixth local commercial FM service. Channel 259A can be allotted to Bend in compliance with the Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the imposition of a site restriction, at coordinates 44-03-30 North Latitude and 121-18-30 West Longitude.
