Color Television Receivers From the Republic of Korea; Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

On November 14, 1986, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the final results of the second administrative review of the antidumping duty order on color television receivers (CTVs) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) (51 FR 41365). The review covered the period April 25, 1984, through March 31, 1985. On September 16, 1994, the Court of International Trade (CIT) issued an order (Slip Op. 94-144) remanding to the Department the final results of the second administrative review of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (Samsung). On March 15, 1995, the CIT affirmed the Department's redetermination (Slip Op. 95-45). Since the CIT's ruling was not appealed, and the CIT's decision affirming our redetermination has therefore become final and conclusive, we are amending our final results of the second administrative review of the antidumping duty order on CTVs from Korea with respect to Samsung.
