On May 29, 1998, the Department of Commerce initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on color television receivers from the Republic of Korea for three manufacturers/exporters; Daewoo Electronics Co., Ltd., LG Electronics Inc., and Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. This review was requested by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and the International Union of Electronic, Electrical, Salaried, Machine & Furniture Workers, AFL-CIO (collectively the petitioners), and covered the period April 1, 1997, through March 31, 1998. The Department of Commerce is rescinding the review after receiving a withdrawal of its request for review from the petitioners.
