SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Société Nouvelle des Couleurs Zinciques (SNCZ) did not make sales of strontium chromate from France in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2024. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On May 8, 2026, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of this administrative review in the Federal Register . [ 1 ] Between June 1 and 5, 2026, Commerce conducted verification of SNCZ in Beauchamp, France. [ 2 ] On August 7, 2026, Commerce extended the deadline for the final results until October 28, 2026. [ 3 ] On August 21, 2026, Commerce invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results and SNCZ's Verification Report. [ 4 ] No interested party submitted a case brief. Commerce conducted this review in accordance with section 751(a)(1)(B) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). Scope of the Order  […
