SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Société Nouvelle des Couleurs Zinciques (SNCZ) did not make sales of strontium chromate from France in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), November 1, 2023, through October 31, 2024. [ 1 ] On November 1, 2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order for the POR.
