SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that exporters subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR), July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to CP Kelco (Shandong) Biological Company Limited (CP Kelco Shandong), Deosen Biochemical Ltd., Langfang Meihua Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Meihua Group International Trading (Hong Kong), Meihua Group International Trading (Hong Kong) Limited, and Xinjiang Meihua Amino Acid Co., Ltd.
