SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that chlorinated isocyanurates from the People's Republic of China (China) were sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 24, 2005, Commerce published the antidumping duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China in the Federal Register . [ 1 ] On July 25, 2025, pursuant to section 751(a)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), Commerce initiated an administrative review of the Order covering the period June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025. [ 2 ] The review was initiated covering three producers/exporters: Achlor Chemical Ltd. (Achlor), Heze Huayi Chemical Co., Ltd. (Heze Huayi) and Juancheng Kangtai Chemical Co., Ltd. (Kangtai).
