SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that chlorinated isocyanurates (chlorinated isos) from the People's Republic of China (China) were sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 29, 2024, pursuant to section 751(a)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), Commerce initiated the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on chlorinated isos from China covering the period June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024.
