SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that exporters subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 25, 2025, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on raw honey from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam). [ 1 ] On September 3, 2025, Commerce selected Ban Me Thuot Honeybee Joint Stock Company (BMT) and Daklak Honeybee Joint Stock Company (DakHoney) as the mandatory respondents in this review.
