SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On November 18, 2025, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of the 2023-2024 administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on raw honey from Vietnam. [ 1 ] We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results . Due to the lapse in appropriations and Federal Government shutdown, on November 14, 2025, Commerce tolled all deadlines in administrative proceedings by 47 days.
