SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that producers/exporters subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025. In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to Southern Steel Sdn. Bhd. (Southern Steel). Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 25, 2025, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on prestressed concrete wire strand (PC strand) from Malaysia. [ 1 ] On August 26, 2025, Commerce selected Kiswire Sdn. Bhd. (Kiswire) and Southern PC Steel Sdn. Bhd. (Southern) as the mandatory respondents in this review.
