Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from Argentina, Colombia, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, the Republic of South Africa (South Africa), Spain, Taiwan, Tunisia, the Republic of T[uuml]rkiye (T[uuml]rkiye), Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, at the levels indicated in the "Final Results of Sunset Reviews" section of this notice.
