SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On April 16, 2020, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) received antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from Argentina, Colombia, Egypt, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Taiwan, Tunisia, the Republic of Turkey (Turkey), Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) filed in proper form on behalf the ( printed page 28606) petitioners, [ 1 ] domestic producers of PC strand.
