SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that L-lysine (lysine) from People's Republic of China (China) is being, or is likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On March 6, 2026, Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary affirmative determination in the LTFV investigation of lysine from China, in which it also postponed the final determination until July 20, 2026. [ 1 ] We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Determination.
