SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petition On May 28, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received an antidumping duty (AD) petition concerning imports of L-lysine (lysine) from the People's Republic of China (China) filed in proper form on behalf of the Lysine Fair Trade Coalition and its individual members (the petitioners). [ 1 ] The AD Petition was accompanied by a countervailing duty (CVD) petition concerning imports of lysine from China. [ 2 ] Between May 29 and June 12, 2025, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petition in supplemental questionnaires. [ 3 ] Between June 2 and 16, 2025, the petitioners filed timely responses to these requests for additional information.
