Complainant identifies Respondent COSCO as a global ocean carrier with its corporate office in Shanghai, China, conducting business in the United States through its general agent, Respondent COSCO Shipping Lines (North America) Inc., a company existing under the laws of Delaware with its principal place of business in Secaucus, New Jersey, and conducting business in India through Respondent COSCO Shipping Lines (India) Private, with a principal corporate office in Mumbai, India.
