SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Sentury Tire (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Sentury) made sales of subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), and Sumitomo Rubber (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (SRT) did not. The POR is July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024. Commerce further determines that sales of subject merchandise made by the non-individually examined companies were at prices below NV.
