SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Prinx Chengshan Tire (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (Prinx) and Sumitomo Rubber (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (SRT) made sales of subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. Commerce further determines that sales of subject merchandise made by the non-individually examined companies were at prices below NV. DATES: Applicable May 13, 2025.
