SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background In accordance with sections 705(d) and 777(i) of the Tariff Act of 1930 as amended (the Act) on April 24, 2026 Commerce published in the Federal Register its affirmative final determinations in the countervailing duty investigations of certain chassis and subassemblies thereof from Mexico and Thailand.
