SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On February 26, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) received countervailing duty (CVD) petitions concerning imports of certain chassis and subassemblies thereof (chassis) from Mexico and Thailand filed in proper form on behalf of the U.S. Chassis Manufacturers Coalition (the petitioner), [ 1 ] the members of which are domestic producers of chassis. [ 2 ] The CVD Petitions were accompanied by antidumping duty (AD) petitions concerning imports of chassis from Mexico, Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. [ 3 ] Between February 28, and March 10, 2025, Commerce requested supplemental information pertaining to certain aspects of the Petitions in supplemental questionnaires. [ 4 ] Between March 4 and 11, 2025, the petitioner filed timely responses to these requests for additional information.
