SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On April 28, 2025, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires (OTR tires) from India. [ 1 ] On June 2, 2025, Commerce selected ATC Tires Private Ltd.; ATC Tires AP Private Limited (collectively, ATC) and Mahansaria Tyres Private Limited (MTPL) as the mandatory respondents in this review.
