[ 1 ] On August 5 and 6, 2025, Titan Tire Corporation (the petitioner), ATC Tires Private Ltd. and ATC AP Tires Private Limited (collectively, ATC), and Asian Tire Factory Ltd. and Lyallpur Rubber Mills (collectively, ATF) submitted timely-filed case briefs.
