SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 25, 2025, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on large diameter welded line pipe (welded pipe) from the Republic of Türkiye (Türkiye). [ 1 ] On July 22, 2025, Commerce selected HDM Celik Boru Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. (HDM) as the mandatory respondent in this review.
