SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that producers/exporters subject to this review made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 25, 2025, based on timely requests for review, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.221(c)(1)(i) , we initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on large diameter welded line pipe (welded pipe) from the Republic of Türkiye (Türkiye). [ 1 ] On July 22, 2025, Commerce selected HDM Celik Boru Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. (HDM) as the mandatory respondent in this review.
