SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that large diameter welded pipe (welded pipe) from the Republic of Türkiye (Türkiye) is not being sold in the United States at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024. We are also rescinding this review with respect to three companies for which all requests for review where withdrawn and seven companies which had no entries in the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data.
