SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that POSCO and POSCO International Corporation (collectively, POSCO), a producer/exporter subject to this administrative review, did not make sales of carbon and alloy steel wire rod (wire rod) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) at less than normal value. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On August 4, 2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register the Preliminary Results and invited comments from interested parties. [ 1 ] In September 2025, POSCO requested a public hearing and subsequently withdrew its request, [ 2 ] and filed a case brief. [ 3 ] No other party filed a case or rebuttal brief. Due to the lapse in appropriations and Federal Government shutdown, on November 14, 2025, Commerce tolled all deadlines in administrative proceedings by 47 days.
