Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that EEPV Corp. (EEPV), a producer/exporter subject to this administrative review, did not make sales of certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) of February 1, 2023, through January 31, 2024.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 11, 2025, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of this administrative review in the Federal Register and invited interested parties to comment. [ 1 ] On August 22, 2025, Commerce issued a post-preliminary analysis memorandum in which it made certain changes to its differential pricing analysis. [ 2 ] Due to the lapse in appropriations and Federal Government shutdown, on November 14, 2025, Commerce tolled all deadlines in administrative proceedings by 47 days.
