SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products (solar products) from the People's Republic of China (China) and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, at the levels indicated in the “Final Results of Sunset Reviews” section of this notice. [ 1 ] On August 1, 2025, Commerce published the notice of initiation of these second sunset reviews of the Orders, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tarriff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).
