SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On January 29, 2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register the final results of the 2021 administrative review of the CVD order on PET film from India. [ 1 ] In the Final Results, Commerce calculated a total ad valorem subsidy rate of 116.96 percent for Jindal during the POR.
