SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 1, 2002, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published the Order on PET film from India. [ 1 ] On August 1, 2025, Commerce published the notice of initiation of the fourth sunset review of the Order, pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tarriff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act) and 19 CFR 351.218(c) . [ 2 ] Commerce received a notice of intent to participate in this review from Microworks America, Inc. and Mitsubishi Chemical America, Inc.—Polyester Film Division (domestic interested parties), within the deadline specified in 19 CFR 351.218(d)(1)(i) on August 15, 2025 and August 18, 2025, respectively. …
