SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that Kumho P&B Chemicals, Inc. (KPB), a producer/exporter subject to this administrative review, did not make sales of acetone from the Republic of Korea (Korea) at less than normal value. [ 1 ] On August 1, 2025, KPB timely submitted a case brief. [ 2 ] No other party filed a case or rebuttal brief.
