Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that Kumho P&B Chemicals, Inc. (KPB), a producer/exporter subject to this administrative review, did not make sales of acetone from the Republic of Korea (Korea) at less than normal value. The period of review (POR) is March 1, 2023, through February 29, 2024.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 11, 2025, Commerce published the Preliminary Results in the ( printed page 52915) Federal Register and invited comments from interested parties. [ 1 ] On August 1, 2025, KPB timely submitted a case brief. [ 2 ] No other party filed a case or rebuttal brief. For a complete description of the events that have occurred since Commerce published the Preliminary Results, as well as a full discussion of the issues raised by parties for these final results, see the Issues and Decision Memorandum.
