Background On June 21, 2019, Commerce published in the Federal Register the countervailing duty (CVD) order on glycine from India. [ 1 ] On June 3, 2024, Commerce published the notice of the opportunity to request a review of the Order. [ 2 ] On July 29, 2024, based on timely requests for review, Commerce published the notice of initiation of this administrative review. [ 3 ] On December 9, 2024, Commerce tolled certain deadlines in this administrative proceeding by 90 days.
