SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 5, 2024, Commerce published the Preliminary Results of this administrative review. [ 1 ] On July 22, 2024, Commerce tolled certain deadlines in this administrative proceeding by seven days. [ 2 ] On November 12, 2024, Commerce extended the deadline for these final results to November 19, 2024. [ 3 ] On November 18, 2024, Commerce further extended the deadline for these final results by an additional three days, to November 22, 2024. [ 4 ] We received timely filed case and rebuttal briefs from Deer Park Glycine, LLC (the petitioner) and Kumar.
