Abstract

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that producers and exporters subject to this administrative review did not make sales of certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products (CTL plate) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) February 1, 2023, through January 31, 2024.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On June 5, 2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register the Preliminary Results   [ 1 ] of this administrative review of the Order   [ 2 ] and rescinded the administrative review of four companies. On July 18, 2025, Commerce issued the post-preliminary results of this administrative review and invited case briefs specific to the differential pricing revisions addressed in the post-preliminary results.
