SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On March 5, 2024, Commerce published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of this administrative review of the antidumping duty order  [ 1 ] on certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate products (CTL plate) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) and rescinded the administrative review of two companies.
