SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 25, 2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register the AD order on citric acid and certain citrate salts (citric acid) from Thailand. [ 1 ] On July 1, 2024, we published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order for the POR. [ 2 ] On August 14, 2024, based on timely requests for an administrative review, Commerce initiated an administrative review of the Order.
