SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Background On July 25, 2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register the antidumping duty order on citric acid from Thailand. [ 1 ] On July 3, 2023, Commerce published in the Federal Register a notice of opportunity to request an administrative review of the Order.
